Technical Overview
PIESI™ Dual Air Precision is a dual-station, pneumatic clamshell press engineered for repeatable pressure and high line-throughput. A sliding upper platen moves the hot zone away from the operator for safer layout. The cast aluminum 16" × 24" platen and closed-loop control achieve fast thermal recovery and uniform surface temperature, reducing color drift and rework on color-critical transfers.

The PIESI™ Dual Air Precision can be outfitted with a low-power visible laser alignment guide that projects reference lines onto the staging area. The guide is used during layout (upper platen open) to center, square, and repeat placements—especially for left-chest logos, namesets/numbers, jersey panels, and multi-hit jobs.

Projects visual reference lines (centerline/crosshair or grid) to the platen area for rapid, repeatable positioning.
Improves squareness to neck seams, side seams, or panel edges without relying solely on rulers/tape.
